  We have stayed there for 15 days with my wife. The university arranged this place for us. We did not have any high expectations but the only thing i asked them 100s of times was to give us a room with one double bed before we arrive. When we arrived, we saw that the room has 2 seperate beds with a library that divides two of them. When i talked this problem with the staff, they told me there is a room for couples but i have to pay 15 euros more daily. This was not a good aproach from their side and not a good business :( Again my expectations were not high at all, but this was a real problem.
  
  Other than that there is no kitchen that you can use. Only a smelly microwave room. Students might need to buy stuff and might need a fridge during their stays. Not possible.
  
  Also the walls are only a bit harder and thicker than a a4 paper. You can hear everything about your neighbour.
  
  If you gonna be staying there also note that you gotta walk 1.5 - 2 kms to the university. Which might become a little hard in real hot or cold weather.
  
  If you are a couple in salamanca for 2-3 weeks for a language course or something like us, you can find better places to stay in the center for the same price range. We checked and confirmed!!!
  
  On the other hand the rooms are clean and they are very good designed for students. There is also a powerful a/c. Has wifi. The coffee from the vending machine is the best for .65 cents. Ant the staff is very helpful and they are always there for you. This is very good and i gave 2 stars for that.
  
  Also there is a gym with some freeweights that are 50 yrs old and a tv room with a pool table. But i loved the table tennis there. It was much newer and we played a lot.
  
  There is a bus stop infront of the building and one bus could take you to the train station directly. Which is neat for short weekend travels.

  大学的学生宿舍，价钱便宜，但设施肯定不如酒店齐全，热水拖鞋牙刷这些肯定没有，房间也不会天天打扫，但每个单间都有浴室，还是很朴素干净。一楼有一个小小的健身房，学生的活动室都可以使用，洗衣房投币就可以洗，餐厅也对住客开放，食物就是欧洲大学食堂的水准，没多好吃，但还是挺实惠的。不过餐厅开放时间比较奇怪，而且假期会更改，要仔细看前台的时间表。
  
  前台服务人员和食堂阿姨的英文欠佳，沟通要靠比划，但人都很朴实热情，可以找假期留校的学生帮忙。
  
  位置距离大巴站步行要15分钟，去中心城区大约10分钟路程。

  Estuve en verano en régimen de alquiler semi hotelero como profesor de la universidad. Nos alojamos en los mini apartamentos y todo muy bien. El personal es muy atento y agradable.

  En su día, Colegio Mayor Hispanoamericano Hernán Cortés. Inmejorable ubicación y magníficas instalaciones, renovadas hace unos años. Allí estuve los dos últimos de mi carrera en la Universidad de Salamanca, entre 1989 y 1991. ¡¡Cuántos recuerdos!!
