  We travelled to Hotel Port Europe on the 17th of September. We arrived to what I can only say are the nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were so so happy all the time and you feel welcome as soon as you enter the hotel. The young lady at reception filled us in with everything. We went to our room with our luggage, as we walked in it was spotless, the apartment was PERFECT. From our balcony we could see the whole of calpe and just infront of us was a small lake full of flamingos!! There was also chair and table on the balcony, air con was Perfect, beds clean and comfy, fresh towels everyday. I have never had such a perfect holiday. To top it off I suffer from a severe allergy to gluten, I was worried at first that I would have to nibble salad all week.not the case! Every day I was walked through the buffet and told about everything I could eat and I was happily surprised!! I currently on the way home full to the brim with beautifully cooked food! All the restaurant staff were amazing and especially julienne, he was so welcoming. Entertainment throughout the day is fab for kids, pool was so relaxing with quiet music on all day, I kept nodding off I was so relaxed! At night the bar was in full flow and then the main man of entertainment Sam had a show every night!
  
  I'm leaving with such a heavy heart and will be returning next year!

  Noisy over crowded tower block Poor choice of food s Spanish only spoken Qs in restaurant at bar at lifts (3 For 13 floors )

  Good location; phenominal view from our window on the 12th floor. Forget the tv - all non-Spanish channels are blocked. Restaurant food is nice and varied - but tends to be served luke-warm (the plates aren't heated either). Wifi is excellent throughout the hotel - and - free ! On-site parking carries a charge, plenty of free parking in the surrounding area - but will need searching for. Plenty of walking - check google ! We will come again.

  Estuvimos el año pasado por semana santa y este año hemos vuelto, creo que con esto no haría falta añadir nada más. Los apartamentos amplios y limpios, la comida buena, los empleados del hotel de 10, amables y correctos en todo momento. Para llegar al paseo solo hay cruzar calle y justo delante hay una pequeña cala por si quieres tomar el sol en la arena. Pero a destacar es el trabajo de las animadoras y sus actividades diarias, con los niños y “los no tan niños”. Seguro que repetiremos.

  A destacar el buen hacer de los empleados. La animación esta enfocada a los niños. La comida aceptable si no eres muy exigente. Tiene una cala apta para él baño ideal para niños justo enfrente. Recomendable para familias
