After visiting most of Alhambra i still had 3 hours left before i could use my tickets to access Nasrid Palaces. So i decided to visit this secret pearl Parador de Granada to get something to eat. What a beautiful exclusive restaurant and atmosphere! The waiter was also very sweet and professional.

    Got olives with the drinks.
Ordered a Pulpo dish and a Sausages dish. Very delicious!

Incredibly attentive service for a Parador. Came here with our four kids (aged 1 to 9). Dined at restaurant and staying three nights. Excellent food. Kids friendly.

Rated as the flagship of the Parador group, here in Granada it certainly has the position; that is, in the middle of the Alhambra, and the view, across the Generalife Gardens.

It also has the benefit of being part of the free area of the Alhambra so you can wander in and enjoy the Gardens and view without paying an admission charge. You also get access to the cafeteria and Terrace where it's possible to have a very pleasant snack and drinks overlooking the gardens.

It can be a bit of a challenge to get service when a lot of tourists are confronted by relatively few staff. A wait of up to 15 minutes before an order is taken is quite possible, but the snacks while not cheap are very tasty. We had the croquettes which were as good as any we've had.
The view in the image is looking across to the Generalife Palace.

Enjoying lunch with my lovely wife in the restaurant. Traditional salad, gazpacho, fowl stew, stuffed pasta with salmon were all senses on the taste buds and highly recommended. Then washed down with Spanish Lorca Brandy. Service is superb.

I was only here for lunch, and sat in the outside patio (not the main restaurant). The food was great, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the prices were reasonable for such a great view.
