We had lunch for five at the restaurant. My sister is wheat intolerant and this place has A gluten free menu, so it was a good match for us. The food was veru good, but what made it for us was the personnel, extremely attentive and agreable

Classy hotel in the countryside on the outskirts of Victoria Gasteiz. Lovely building, grounds and staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to Parque Mendijur bird reserve for great bird watching in a park we had all to ourselves.

I cannot say enough good things about Parador de Agromaniz! The staff super friendly, polite, helpful. At reception, in their fantastic restaurant, the chamber maids, bartenders, waiters. The building centuries old mansion converted ever so tastefully, preserving it's historical identity, while offering up thoroughly modern comfort. Needless to say, this isn't your average chain hotel. It's made of bespoke carpets, all wood furniture, marble, tiles, stone, carvings all kept clean to an amazing standard! Seriously, find me a glass with a water spot. Plus, it's about 6 mikes outside Vitoria in a little residential village. No shops, no noise. I need to mention the food. Breakfast is a self serve buffet with a high quality selection of what you expect when you're in Spain. Dinner while I waited for my order, I was offered a nice devilled egg and the most delicately made croquette I've ever had, filled with idiazabal cheese. Then, I had an exquisite garlic soup last night served over salt cod and garnished with a PERFECTLY poached egg. That was followed by an ox tail gratinee with idiazabal cheese (it's a local Basque thing) served with a potato creme. Dessert was a local favourite goxua. I'd never had it before so I can't say how it rated, but based on the rest of my experience here, I'm sure it's top notch. They have a helluva staff in their restaurant. Kudos to management and staff for making my Parador experience!

This is one of the Paradors you need to visit. Beautifull views and a good restaurant on the top floor in a awesome room.

In a quiet some what remote area. It is a drive to other sites and town. Very quiet, peaceful area, the beds are the best in Spain.

Choosing a Parador is always a brilliant idea. The service, the food, the building, the location and the personnel is as magnificent as it could be.
For sure if I'm back to the Basque Country I will definitely go back to this Parador. Highly recommended.response / report this review
