A very decent, trustworthy japanese restaurant. Extensive sake list. Fresh produce, organized, usually has availability even w/o reservation. Leaving small, cozy, family restaurants aside, this is good value for money.

Best Japanese in Madrid. The New Style Sushi is the best modern sushi I ever had. It's expensive, but it is worth it.

Not only sushi. Very good scallops and Toro sashimi. Japanese soups and dishes. Not very cheap but Def worth!

Miyama is one of my favorite Japanese places in Madrid. Everything tastes really good and the service is very nice. It is not a cheap place, but every euro inverted here is totally worth it.

Excellent food. I'm no expert in Japanese cuisine but I can appreciate the quality of ingredients, flavours and presentation. A really delicious meal. The mochi for pudding was a real treat. Will definitely return.
