El hall lo mejor. Buen desayuno. Quiten la moqueta de la habitacion por favor.

I attend to a business meeting in the basement rooms. It is well equiped with lift and toilets and a hall for the breaks. It has a good parking as well.

Very close to Pozas, Athletic de Bilbao stadium and Guggenheim musseum. Nice park in the surroundings.

Large luxury hotel located between the Guggenheim Museum and Euskalduna Conference Centre. Close to the river and sitting on Park Dona Casilda it offers lovely views of the city. The hotel also offers meeting rooms for businesses.

The location is superb and the hotel is very interesting architecturely speaking. The service is a little bit lacking though and the fitness centre is completely closed now, verty upsetting.

I think this is one of the best hotels in Bilbao. The rooms are clean and it's a very good service. They have a good pool that looks over Bilbao and there is a gym and spa. The Azure restaurant inside the hotel has a 1 STAR MICHELIN, and if you've booked breakfast, that is where you're have it. It's a amazing buffet with everything you need to start you're day in Bilbao! If you're starting in Bilbao I recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were ok but smelled a bit like BO. The bathrooms in the rooms were awesome! I would not recommend having the hotel store your bags if your room is not yet ready as they lost one of ours and refused to pay the full value of the contents, even after admitting fault. But as long as you don't mind waiting to check in until your room is ready, this is a nice hotel to stay in.

Big, beautiful hotel, in a perfect location in the town center, with a nice warm water pool, sauna, rooms with good views over the river, two nice restaurants, etc. Only negative: the low quality wi-fi connection.

Not sure it deserves a 5 star rsting but the rooms are comfortable and have geat views. Great breakfast and friendly service. Biggest plus is the location.

I think this is one of the best hotels in Bilbao. The rooms are clean and it's a very good service. They have a good pool that looks over Bilbao and there is a gym and spa. The Bilbao football team comes to the hotel before every match. The breakfast is amazing! It's a buffet with everything you need to have a brilliant breakfast. If you're starting in Bilbao I recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍
