Cleaning must be improved, staying for summer holidays high seasson for 5 nights we payed very much for what they offered to us. We booked individual room, we didn´t have access to kitchen as you have to pay even more for the right to use common facilitieswifi in the rooms is not working and reception desk was busy we waited long always. They changed the bed sheets every 3 days but never ever mop or sweep the floor which deeply annoy me. I made complain at reception almost every day until I felt fed up of not being listened cos they never clean the floor during our stay!.

Check in took quite some time (over half an hour!) as room had to be arranged due to our booking being last minute. Hostel staff were friendly but they definitely require more staff at the front desk. Outside of hostel has little signage so it's not easily identified. If you are not a part of an educational facility you require a YHA membership card at an extra cost of 4 euro. Eventually we got to our room which was well equip with a kitchen facility as well as cooking and cleaning utensils which was a plus. The doors in the room couldn't open all the way to the kitchen which was quite annoying but other than that the rooms were pretty good. Overall, place is good but could do with improvements in more than one place.

Una vergüenza el servicio. Pasan totalmente de tí. Por el pasillo hay subnormales haciendo ruido toda la tarde y parte de altas horas de la noche. Las paredes son de papel, los compañeros pueden ser unos cerdos que les va a dar igual el estado de la cocina. Además los jueves la gente sale y el viernes a la madrugada se dedican a tocar las pelotas básicamente. Si tu ventana da al patio central, mala suerte pues habra siempre un ruido que no te dejará estudiar a no ser que pongas música o te valga con el regeton que ponen en el patio y los gritos de la gente. MUCHA SUERTE

Vivi aquí un año y pico. Son ladrones. Hasta por qué se te olvida la llave en tu cuarto te quieren cobrar 15€. Un día me hicieron cambiar de cuarto porque venía un equipo de fútbol y querían que ellos estés juntos. Si rompes un plato te cobran todo el juego. Muy ruidoso para dormir y estudiar. Lo único bueno es que está cerca a la universidad pero no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Es mejor compartir piso.

Cheap and cheerful. Two beds to a room, two rooms attached to each other via connecting doors with kitchenette in between. Not a place to spend any time but if you just want a bed it's fine.
