  Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado. Tranquilo tanto el hotel como la zona. Buen desayuno. Habitaciones bien equipadas y con camas cómodas. El personal es excepcional, muy amables y agradables.

  Très bonne expérience ! le personnel est très accueillant. Ambiance chaleureuse et petit dej au top. Chambre mignonne, bien équipée et emplacement de l'hôtel idéal, en plein centre historique. Nous avons passé un super week-end. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons !!!

  Wir waren für 2 Nächte in diesen kleinen schönen Hotel und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal, eine super zentrale Lage in der schönen Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Nacht, das man hervorragend schlafen konnte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist bestens, von uns 5 Sterne.

  Las habitaciones son demasiado austeras, casi monacales, y carecen de encanto.
  Lo cierto es que, después de encontrarnos con la sorpresa de que ya no teníamos plaza de parking al llegar (solo tienen 3 plazas y las dan por orden de llegada); nos dieron una habitación en un tercer piso sin ascensor, que no tenía ventana y, por tanto, sin vista alguna (salvo que te subas a una silla para asomarte al velux del techo)
  Por lo tanto depende de la hora a la que llegues o la suerte en el reparto de las habitaciones y las plazas de parking el hotel te puede salir más barato o más caro. Pues pagando lo mismo tienes distintas prestaciones.
  He de decir que la chica que nos atendió a nuestra llegada fue muy muy amable (incluso se empeñó en subir nuestro equipaje por aquella empinada escalera de caracol)

  Es un hotel encantador, con una decoración muy particular y en una zona increíble. Las habitaciones son medianas, el desayuno estaba correcto y el baño algo pequeño y anticuado. Si tengo que poner alguna pega importante, las almohadas eran muy finas, pero eso depende de cada persona. El hotel es económico, él trato es cordial. No tiene ascensor. En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva, quitando pequeñas cosillas.

  Wonderful, clean hotel in the heart of the old town with a lovely patio eating/bar area. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. While traveling in Basque Country we wanted to experience as many towns as we could so we moved to San Sebastián the next night. Our airline lost our luggage and we were concerned about changing the delivery address constantly as we moved around the area. The hotel staff offered to receive our bags for us, which they did, and called as soon as they arrived so we could drive over from San Sebastián to pick them up. If I would have know how great Hondarriba was I would have stayed the entire trip at this hotel and made day trips to other places. I have to say it again: wonderful staff.
