Great hotel. Good buffet. Small shallow pools - great for small children. The water park slides are nearly all for children 120cm + but good for big kids. Small kids have a good sized pool with some little slides to play on. The zoo has very small enclosures and some of the animals appear to be unwell. The zoo was the worst part of the experience for us.

Instant wow from the outset, we were a family of four adults and two children, in a three bedroom cabin on an all inclusive basis for a two night stay. (October 2017) We all felt that everywhere in the complex was in excellent condition, it was never over crowded, always able to go on any ride without any queuing in the Waterpark and the Zoo was a delight. Food on the whole was very good, all buffet arrangement, breakfast was great, having everything you would need, Lunch was fine, good choice and dinner was to be fair a lot busier but good selection. We thought the buggy ride to and from the Cabin was a great idea, as was the bus that would rotate around the resort every fifteen minutes. Choice at the bar was fabulous, we all had what we wanted in addition to the cocktails they offered, there was never any problem ordering our family drinks list with one card, never restricted, even a bottle of wine given if requested. I felt the whole cost was value for money when you added all the benefits that we had, my cost was 290€ per night using the resorts own website. I couldn't recommend this stay for a family highly enough.

Great place for family holiday, proximity to nature park and water park is a bonus. Entertainment is average but does change every night, food choice excellent but restaurant can get busy and crowded at peak times. Free coach into Benidorm if required. Would definitely recommend for families.

So much to see & do. 1 week was just not long enough, will definitely be returning. Such a beautiful place, away from the hustle & bustle of benidorm town, which is only a complimentary bus ride away 👌 brilliant for families. Amazing water park, brilliant walk around zoo on complex, with lots to see. Infinity pools over looking the elephant Kingdom.
No fighting for sun loungers, so many places to relax, to chose from, it's unreal 👌
Staff lovely, very friendly & welcoming.
Beautiful place, beautiful food with a choice of bars cafe's & resteraunts on site, all set around a scenic square. Entertainment amazing, something for everyone & so much going on all day every day, it's a holiday you will never be bored on to say the least. Couldn't rave about it any more than I already have done 👌 they even have a courtesy mini bus to take you from place to place as the complex is quite something & hilly to say the least 👌 well worth a visit if you ask me ❤

A fantastic place for all the family. Excellent facilities, friendly staff and animal enclosures are some of the best I have seen. Very well kept and animals all appear healthy and well cared for. Kids of all ages will love this attraction. The fauna around the park is exceptionally good. A great tropical setting to enjoy a chilled relaxed day. Great play parks for children and larger ones for adults to enjoy with their children also. Certainly excellent attraction for ages 0 to 90. Nothing at all to dislike here at all. An honest top attraction in a great place.

We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, 12, 11 & 8. We had an amazing holiday, magic Natura is spotless. The food was the best all inclusive we have ever ha. The drinks selection was fantastic. It is very hilly , however there is a bus that constantly runs you around which we used all the time. The highlight of our holiday was the water park. It was amazing and your all inclusive was included there too. The only downside we could find was that the main entertainment area in the evening, the smell from the drains was awful.

We arrived very late at night around 12, check in was very quick and we were then taken by buggy to our lodge, lodges are lovely! Comfy beds and well equipped for what we needed. The views were spectacular! The staff are faultless! Always smiling and happy, the staff in the restaurant do a fantastic job in particular. The value for money was exceptional considering the range of foods, branded drinks and unlimited use of both the water park and zoo which us and the children loved! The free bus into town was a really good touch and we used often. The evening entertainment varied so there was always something different for adults and kids to enjoy. The only downfall of our holiday was having to come home. We could easily of stayed forever! One week is no where near enough so we shall be coming for 2 weeks next year. Thank you all staff at magic natura for making our holiday one we will never forget.

The whole environment was stunning. The Lodges are superb with a great view of Benidorm. The position of the swimming pools was excellent and overlooked the elephant and deer enclosure. The zoo and water park facilities were also fantastic. There was hardly any queues for the many and varied slides. My family enjoyed the food selection very much and the entertainment provided every day was top quality. The reps. were so helpful and talented. I would love to return for another visit.

All aspects are fairly good. Ideally it is for kids from four or five upwards. Zoo good as is the water park. Pools at hotel very poor. Too many sunbeds with towels on that are never actually used. Towels need to be moved if beds not used for an hour! Food reasonable but restaurant had a funny smell to it.
