I called to request a quote for a move. They accepted my date and said they would call me in the next few days for a home visit. Not receiving any call in 1 week, I called, with the answer that on the agreed date they cannot make it and that they had no idea who it was nor did they have any notation of my request. Minimal professionalism. If you want serious people, don't look here.

I was going to ask for a quote, but they do not have a form, and the one they have is not even an email from the company, but a gmail.com. This is a mistake today, a serious company has an email with its own domain.
