  I have not even hired them, they have come to my building screaming and smoking joints on the stairs at 8AM. Of course I share this company to my contacts so that it is not hired, very bad example, bad work dynamics and 0% seriousness and commitment to what they do, you should be ashamed, I hope that these 20 years of moving have not been with that working group. So they know who the complaint is about, they have come to Tapioles 43 today. They are still here drinking and smoking while they lower furniture with a rope that is not even climbing, putting at risk the structure of the stairs and the salut of children and elderly people who live in the building. Very shocked.

  In the first place, the commercial who came to evaluate the move and calculate it, the information he gave did not correspond to the service he gave. Then they informed me that they were fired, but they did not contact me to make sure I was well informed. Total disconnection with the customer to whom they give a service. Carriers go to work: you're the one who adapts to them, for example, they decided they stopped at 10.30, to eat and then they would not talk until they were finished: punctually at 6 o'clock they finished placing everything no. They were deciding on the march and I adapted myself. Finally, they broke glasses and cups and cracked flights. Surprise! You pay for insurance and claims, but the answer is that in a move you have to assume that things are broken. Great! With the move the refrigerator was hit and rescinded. They asked me for pictures and they would value it. They have been completely dismissed. I have not received any response and 8 months ago.
