Extremely bad service. We asked four people for service and everyone of them said "just wait!". It felt like we were intruding, yet we were very serious about purchasing shoes. we let our feet do the talking and headed to Prada, who gave great service!! Please note this review relates to the Louis Vuitton located on Passeig de Gracia.

If you go here, ask for David. He was really helpful and kind and not pushy at all as some salespeople are. He is the best and I had a wonderful experience buying a purse. The service at this location was much better than the one near Passage de Garcia.

Very poor sales people. I was interested to boy some petit moroquinery and staff at the LV store would not want to help or call to another store to check for availability. Won't see me here again.
