I wanted to buy a bag on my birthday but after more than half an hour of waiting I left empty-handed. The assistants consider those who look to them. I will change shop, I will not recommend it.
The salespeople appeared to be snooty but they are actually quite courteous. It takes a while to get their attention and help. They service one client at a time.
Very long wait to be attended. Personnel just focuses on high value clients. Maybe it’s ok for them personally in the short-term, but no so good for the brand
This store seems to always be crowded, which personally means no problem. The vibe is as elegant as you would expect, and exceptionally comfortable for a browse. Some of the SAs are the best I've ever encountered, although I've had some bad experiences with other ones. Still, it's hard to imagine having any problems with any purchase here, everyone is so professional.
My original experience was great. The girl who helped me was nice and accommodating. The issue was when I went to get my VatTax back in Holland. The store "blocked" my refund for NO reason. Calling customer service has been so difficult and they did not get back to me. This is the second "bad" experience with LV in Europe. Terrible! I regret going to them now.
I was waiting for 25 minutes for some one to serve me in the men's accessories section yet there were was at least 3 staff around. They had no interest in serving me so I walked out huffing and puffing. They were to interested trying to attract the non Europeans into buying high ticket items than to serve me. Very Very disappointed and won't be shopping with them again!
Javier is very patience & nice, great service, please keep it up!
They just don't care. More worried for their lunch menu than customer service.
It was this afternoon, I went in to the store and wanted to buy the perfume. I've waited for a long time at the perfume stall, but no one was willing to help. I felt tired of waiting, so I went to the cashier desk with the perfume to ask them how to buy it. There were 3 staffs at the desk, all of them seemed quite busy, so I didn't bother interrupting them. I just waited for them to see me.
After few seconds, one of the staffs looked at me and told another staff to deal with me. She went to me and the first thing she said was; "You are not suppose to bring the perfume bottle here madam! If you want to buy it, you need to stand here and wait!" It doesn't seem that aggressive in writing, but I can say that she was nearly YELLING at me, and even snatched the bottle from me. I have to say, I was seriously offended by her attitude. She treated me as if I don't know any etiquettes at all.
First of all, I do apologize if holding the bottle for a minute with my 'filthy hand' was making you that angry. Second of all, have you ever thought about how long I have waited to actually bring that bottle in front of your face to buy it? Aren't you people the ones who need to help customers to buy it??? I understand you are very busy, but I could see quite a lot of staffs available at that time. Third of all, is that so, why don't you help me with it? You snatched the bottle and put it on the perfume stall, and walked away?? What kind of attitude is that? Are you teaching me a lesson or something?
I was personally a fan of Louis Vuitton, especially was inspired by your professionalism towards the customers. But today's experience made me really dissapointed, so I just came out of the store immediately. I wanted to give 0star if it was possible. Would not visit this place ever again. Maybe there could be nicer staffs in the store, but I am seriously recommending some the staffs to improve their attitude.
Excellent service. Selection and inventory was not great though.
