  Anju found us a fabulous property, helped us to negotiate a very fair price with the prospective landlord and gave fabulous communication throughout. Translated the contracts to English (my Spanish is still sketchy) and checked in with us after we moved in to ensure everything was going well and offered her support should we need anything throughout the tenancy. Would highly recommend her. Many thanks

  As a first time buyer I was initially apprehensive as to how to go about buying a property in Gran Canaria. I needn't have worried as I was in good hands at La Boutique. Anju and Natalia were helpful, supportive and patient all through the purchasing process. Thanks to their expertise and people skills I have now a sound understanding of the legal aspect of the Spanish property market and I'm the owner of a lovely studio apartment in walking distance to the beach.
