We know the guys since 2011. Almost every year we rent apartments in Tenerife through them. Always friendly to us as clients. If questions arise, you can be sure that a competent answer will follow, based on their many years of experience and already quite a long stay on the island. We are writing a review with Puerte de Santiago :) We are sure that we will use their services in the future.

Hello!
We just returned from a great vacation and want to share our impressions: We really liked everything !!! And many thanks to the guys from the travel agency who helped us organize our stay and advised us on the most interesting excursions. To begin with, we already read the reviews and did not buy excursions from the guide at exorbitant prices, although we were intensely “pressed”. We turned to the agency - opposite the La Arena beach and went for a sightseeing tour around the island with a visit to the volcano (29 euros), to La Gomera island (57 euros), sailed on the pirate boat Flipper Uno 3 hours - 32 euros, with lunch and the wine! And also took a transfer to Loro Park from the guys! It cost only 11 euros and it was very convenient, they took it at a stop near the hotel and delivered directly to the park and we had already 6 hours of free time. Managed to see all the shows, killer whales watched 2 times! Impressions of the show are off scale! All excursions were in pure Russian. So we can confidently recommend the island and this agency to everyone! We are already planning a trip there. We haven’t seen so much, but I want so much! I used the services of the agency several times, the organizers of excursions are very specific and trustworthy. The service leaves only the best impressions, but the rest itself, thanks to the agency, turns into an unforgettable, fabulous pleasure! Have a nice rest!

We bought tickets to Loro Park from this agency. They planned to get on the bus number 325. The young man said that the bus is more expensive than the loro express (even with a bono card), that the bus takes about 3 hours. All this was said so that we purchased tickets for the same Loro-express from them. We expressed doubt: the express train goes along the southern road, and the northern one, on which there is a simple 325 bus, it is prettier But the arguments regarding price and time got the better, we bought tickets for the Loro-express. Then, for the sake of curiosity, they asked the driver of route 325 how much the morning bus to the city in which Loro Park is located takes. The driver wrote that about 1 hour 50 minutes (not 3 hours at all!), It costs 9 euros in both directions with a bono card (this is even a little cheaper than the loro-express). We went to the agency again. There, a girl already assured us that the express train would return along a beautiful northern road. And again she said that the 325 bus goes 3 hours! What, they say, she lives there and she better know than us .
In general, she living there either made a mistake or lied! Express in both directions went along the southern road! Both there and back!
Well, nothing. Then we went along the north to the airport. The way to Puerto de la Cruz (where Loro Park is located) took an hour and a half (and not 3 !!!), then transferred to the next bus.
In general, they are either incompetent or deliberately deceiving in order to engage in a transfer.response / report this review
