I like the location in theshoping area, the room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the toiletries. But they didn't provide breakfast at that price.

Excellent location, with the bus stop from the bus station as well as tourist spots just nearby. In the heart of the city and tourist spots like the Cathedral, Royal Chapel, Alcalceria, Corral del Carbon just a 2min walk away. Nice, modern big rooms, fully furnished, with a bar fridge and water replenished daily. Not too expensive as well. Free coffee/tea and snacks like bread provided too! Receptionist was friendly and helpful just made everything almost perfect.
How it could be perfect? If they provided laundry service and if the shower was made a little deeper - currently it's slightly recessed but water doesn't drain instantly so some water spills out of the shower. But these would be really nitpicking.response / report this review -

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicacion sin duda, esta en pleno centro y su precio para estar donde está no es nada caro.
Habitaciones amplias y comodas, eso si,le falta mantenimiento, está un poco descuidado pero esta limpio.

NO PUDIMOS ENTRAR HASTA PASADAS LAS 14h.
El hotel nos gustó mucho, muy céntrico, bastante cuidado, el baño muy bien, silencioso y las camas muy cómodas, aunque una de las camas, supuestamente limpias, tenía pelitos por las sábanas. La señora de la recepción muy simpática, pero se suponía que ibamos a entrar a la habitación a las 12h y cuando llegamos, que eran pasadas las 13h, la habitación no estaba lista, como está en zona peatonal y no tiene parking, tuvimos que dejar allí las maletas (para no darnos el paseo otra vez por el centro de Granada con las maletas a cuestas) e irnos para que arreglaran la habitación, no tuvimos opción ni a darnos una ducha antes de salir, ni arreglarnos, ni a nada de nada, nos distorsionó un poco la visita y a la hora de salir tampoco tuvieron el detalle de darnos la opción de salir más tarde o hacernos algún descuento por las molestias ocasionadas.response / report this review -

Excelente hotel. Limpio y cuidado. Muy amables. El agua caliente no funcionaba bien, al instante lo arreglaron.
