Excellent place to visit with or without children. Fantastic plants and exhibitions. Don't miss Barbie doll presentation of garden's previous owners.

This place is totally overrated. I was in Valencia last week and their botanical garden is gorgeous, filled with interesting trees, plants, flowers, cactus and cats. Also their presentation was really interesting with sections, gardens, green houses, ponds, watering canals There's little of that here. Also the entrance is 5€ something, while Valencia's was half that price for a much more enjoyable experience. My advice, go straight to the centre part, there's not much to see elsewhere.

This is a great place with a large variety of vegetation from all continents. Very interesting. However it is a bit untidy and should deserve more attention.

Great for a shady stroll on a hot summer's day. Bit pricey for a family. The interesting history of the gardens can be seen in the newly opened (2017) museum in Malaga city

A large and mature garden with an impressive array of trees and plants. Visit at any time of the year (closed only on Christmas Day and New Year's Day). Car parking is free and most of the garden is wheelchair friendly. There's a small café serving a nice range of food from snacks to something more substantial; there are also picnic tables located around the garden if you want to bring your own refreshments.

Lush, expansive, and historic Park just outside of the city. Nice casual walking trails suited for families. Extensive range of botanical species, and some nice views. There's several areas however that are more difficult to reach with a stroller or wheelchair. The red tour busses stop here. There are also two parking lots available. Free on Sunday. Coffee and gift shop.

A nice botanical garden , however a bit pricey to enter. A plus is the cafe which serves simple dishes but well tasting.

Great place for long summer walks with the family. I recommend driving to it because it's not that close to the city. There's a little cafeteria and a souvenir shop. Gardens have plenty of places to sit in nature. I recommend going in spring, because the plants look tired in the summer's heat.

Pleasant place to stroll around. There's public buses that stop a 15 minute walk away, or the hop on hop off bus tht goes to the gardens. The hop on bus had pretty few departures in low season though. Both cost the same.
