  We did a very complicated move with Jack Pinto since things from one floor went to two different floors. We didn't have any problems and everything went smoothly. They managed the permits for the crane and all the paperwork. They are very professional.

  My experience with Jack Pinto has been with his two moving and furniture storage services in Barcelona. In fact, we hadn't planned to opt for the second one, but in the end we convinced ourselves and it was the perfect combo. 100% recommended

  The workers are very professional and have a good attitude. The salesperson who visited us explained very clearly and in detail how they were going to make the move.
  They brought us material at home so that we could go packing our things.
  They were quite close to the hours that they told us in the budget.
  You can tell that it is a company with a long history in the sector.

  Very good service! I have already done two moves with them and they are very professional and fast, they take great care of the furniture when it comes to taking it from one place to another, they are very kind and very attentive to any need that may arise. My brother also moved with them when he moved to the United States and he was also very happy.

  Absolutely terrible. I should have read the reviews first. They told me a “quote” over the phone, but they asked for more than double the amount at the end of a long and painful day of negligence and unprofessional attitude. They were supposed to have rented a platform truck for me and block the busy street I was moving to. Well, the truck didn’t turn up and the street wasn’t “blocked” as planned. Instead, we had to illegally block the street while the police kept telling the movers to stop. Because there was no platform, I ended up with the movers carrying my boxes on the third floor!!! Yet they wanted to charge me for everything (platform truck, street blocking) including the hours waiting for a truck!!! The person In charge in their office was a liar and I almost called the police at the end. Stay away from them if you want a professional mover. They are a disgrace to the profession.

  YOU SHOULD HAVE OFFERED TO HELP THE DAY IT HAPPENED AND NOT PRESSURE ME TO PAY!!!
