NOT RECOMMENDED. We made a contract from Barcelona to Madrid.
A move that was supposed to be easy turned into my worst nightmare.
The truck picked up all our belongings on a Tuesday and they would deliver them to us that same Thursday or at the latest on Friday of that same week. On Friday we had no news from the carrier. When we call the company they tell us that they do not know when they will be able to deliver us in Madrid since they wanted to take advantage of the trip to save on costs.
We were in Madrid without our belongings and without knowing when they would deliver us. It took 2 WEEKS since they were picked up in Barcelona and delivered to us in Madrid. Upon the arrival of the carrier we find most of the boxes broken and in poor condition.

NOTHING PROFESSIONALS AND VERY BAD BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.

ATTENTION: VERY CAREFUL with this company. Professional scammers and blackmailers !!!
We commissioned our move Bcn-Mad to this "company" for 1200 euros. They picked up our things on a Tuesday in Bcn to deliver on Thursday of that same week, and from the moment they picked up the problems began. We did not know anything else until Friday, that the same carrier (Subcontracted) informed us of an alleged case of covid among carriers. It was then that Chelo, the person in charge of this nonsense of the transport company asked us for +600 EUROS (apart from the 1200!) To manage the shipment of our belongings that he kept held in a warehouse in Barcelona, a week later than requested. Shameful!
In short, after 2 weeks of pleading and enduring the bad manners and little shame of this lady, claim via OCU included, they subcontracted a carrier who brought us our belongings. The day before delivery, Chelo asked us again for more money, +100 EUROS in this case, to make the delivery to the 2 addresses that we had requested from the beginning and forced us to commit by phone that we would download the All the boxes, since she had only paid 1 person for our service The boxes were all mixed up, destroyed . There I leave the photos so that you do not think about hiring with this mob!
