  Very happy with the service of Inmobiliaria Deusto. We live abroad and we manage several properties in Bilbao. For years they have been in charge of everything and it gives us great peace of mind to be able to count on people like that. From the paperwork with the Basque Government to any type of floor maintenance, they take care of everything and with great professionalism. They also found a flat for a relative of mine in a very good area of ​​Bizkaia and at a very good price. They are close and competent people.

  I needed an apartment for a 3- month stay in Plentzia, Bilbao. (February to April) I contacted Jon and his team regarding a small 2 bed- room apartment. Since I was living in Zurich at the time of planning my stay in Spain, I was figuring out a way to do everything in a safe way and thus to contact persons that I could trust. I wanted to avoid getting messed around. I have a hard time trusting people I don't know especially regarding financial aspects. Jon of Immobilaria Deusto immediately gave me the feeling that I could trust him. He set up a phone call and did everything he could to prove that his office DID exist and that everything was real. (Trust me, I am skeptical) He also made a professional deal regarding my duty of paying a part of the rent in advance. Everything was done in a professional way, there was a contract and he always made a protocol and sent me the payment receipts ect. I would definitively encourage people to contact Jon and his team of Immobiliaria Deusto, especially if you guys are not living in Spain. Its reliable and trustworthy. Thanks again Jon! :)
