Estuvimos con Imserso desde el 7 al 14 de Abril, siendo repetidores del año anterior, por que ya nos gustó, tanto la estancia como el resto de atenciones recibidas. A la vuelta mi esposa olvidó su monedero de mano. Al comentarlo en la ultima parada, a una hora de Barcelona, varias personas dijeron que habían visto a la muchacha que hacia nuestras habitaciones ( concretamente la 302). había entregado en recepcion un monedero que a su vez entregaron al guía ( Sr. Ricard ) que nos acompañaba en el autocar. Cuando me dirigí a dicho Sr. y preguntarle si había manera de contactar con el hotel, sacó de su bolsillo interior de la americana el monedero de mi señora. En ningún momento mencionó que lo tenía él en todo el trayecto. Sin comentarios. Contenía toda la documentación y una buena cantidad de dinero y tarjetas de crédito. El propio conductor del autobús afeó su conducta. No quisimos en aquel momento armar ningún lío en deferencia a los demás pasajeros. Sirva también la presente para agradecer encarecidamente a la señorita que entregó dicho monedero en recepción por su honradez y efectividad en su trabajo, el cual durante nuestra estancia fue impecable. Repito las gracias y espero que podamos volver de nuevo nuestra estancia en sus establecimientos.

Stayed here full board 22 - 24 September 2010. Staff very polite and helpful. Very much a "Spanish Hotel", we were the only English couple (not that it bothered me, we live in Spain,and prefer the environment). However, the site we booked through described location as 200metres from beach. Only as the crow flies! It is more like 500metres. The bedroom was shabby although the bed comfortable. The food was very poor in quality and variety. If you had English children you would have struggled, obviously they cater more for the spanish palette. Fruit juice for breakfast more like coloured water. We were also one of the youngest couples at 56 years, the majority being spanish pensioners! Definitely would not stay here again, barely scrapes through as a 3 star.
