Good location, not in the center of Cartagena but close. Great bedroom, with a very good and confortable bed. Good breakfast.

The hotel is great close to all the bars and restaurants the rooms are very clean and big the beds are very comfortable and quiet and the staff are very attentive, would recommend it as a base to see Cartagena.

Excellent location for Cartagena center. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. All staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy but not perfect, fridge wasn't working and some minor issues with fixtures in the bathroom.

Stayed at the hotel during a business trip and I was very pleased with the cleanliness and service during my stay.
The rooms are spacious, clean and air-conditioned, with large windows overlooking the street.
The small minibar under the flat screen TV is replenished each day and is very reasonably priced.
There is a safe which is free to use with more than enough space for a laptop/notebook as well as other assorted items such as passport/phones etc.
WiFi is free and the speed and quality is the best I've experienced in a hotel (possibly due to having a router in each room under the TV)
Breakfast consists of a large selection of both cooked and continental choices.
The hotel is in a good central location with the marina/seafront only a 10-15 minute walk away.response / report this review -

Traditional quite classy hotel. Pity they do not have a Restaurant and Room Service is a menu for local take away mainly hamburger shop. Comfortable and well located, parking is in next door public car park at 14 Euros a day.

Hotel con decoración clásica situado en una de las principales avenidas de la ciudad. El personal de recepción, limpieza y sala de desayuno es profesional y agradable. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y bien equipadas. No escatimaron en la reposición de productos de aseo en la segunda noche y cada día tuvimos una botella de agua de cortesía. El descanso resulta cómodo y tranquilo. El cuarto de baño es pequeño pero cuenta con bañera hidromasaje que incluso funciona correctamente. Caminando se emplean 15 minutos en atravesar paseando el casco antiguo para llegar a la zona del puerto. Aparcamiento concertado en el edificio contiguo.

Excellent service and a clean hotel. Always prompt with reasonable mini bar prices. Always a very dependable hotel to stay in and in a good central city location.

We stayed there on September 19th and 21st 2007 and it is an excellent Hotel. The staff are very friendly and efficent, the only thing we found a bit disappointing was that the eggs for breakfast were cold, perhaps hot plates would help. Overall we were happy. It is a beautiful hotel and we will recomend it to all our friends.
