Location: Just outside Ávila, 20 minute walk.
Hotel: Older hotel with broad lounge areas that are out of use
Room: Retro (outdated) but new looking and hygienic bathroom, beds are ok. TV has only Spanish channels.
Services: Receptionist was unfriendly. Free WiFi was not working
Price: acceptable.

I was there only in the restaurant, so I will only review it. The food was OK for the price, appetizers were really good but the main courses weren't so good. The price is OK, and the place and service they really improved with the years. We ate in a round table near the window with an amazing view of Avila. It is also a good place to go with children.

Rooms are ok, but breakfast is awful.
The location is not the best, although you can access the city walls walking.
At the reception forgot to warn me that inside parking as a cost, when they invited me to park.
The rooms in the new area are ok, they are qualified as "superior room", one of the biggest safe boxes I have seen and a shower cabinet instead of a bathtub.
Service and breakfast quality is very bad. The only thing good you can say about it is that coffee is great and orange juice is ok ( not natural)

For the Cafeteria/Coffee Shop only.. Very nice stop directly across the road from the 4 Postes view point of Ávila, Spain and its beautiful medieval walls. The baristas here are extremely adept at serving coffee (with or without warm milk) and fresh made churros to the large bus loads of those of us on tour. The cups were set up and quickly filled with delicious pulls off espresso and topped off with perfectly streamed milk. The churros were still warm and a decadent treat. No chocolate though, they didn't need it. Clean bathrooms with plenty of stalls in the ladies. Outdoor and indoor seating with a partial view of the city walls.
