Wifi is only available in the lobby, beds are not at much of a standard, and valuables can't be left in the room. Staff was the only accommodating part of this visit. The guys at the desk were great and spoke English which was a plus but I didn't like this hotel.

I would like to try some other Avila hotels. The room was clean & tidy, but the staff was a bit "closed" much like the whole "walled city" itself. After touring the overt, affirming, and congenial Andalucia, this hotel & city was a bit disappointing.
