Great place. Hotel staff was helpful and lovely since arrival.
The hotel has an elegant, old hollywood vibe to it. There are many common living areas as well if one wants to relax outside their room. It is right in the middle of the old town and, after spotting many other hotels I previously had in mind, I think it is the best location in town. It's just a few minutes walk to all main attractions. There's this great bakery a couple of shops away which I recommend for breakfast and plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.
We were put in room 501 which is on the top floor. It is the only room on this floor so it felt quite special. There's this grand living room with an outdoor terrace just outside our room so it gave us the feeling we had it all to ourselves, considering we didn't run into anyone else while we where there.
The room was spacious and bright. Although we didn't ask for a room with views, we still had a view of a part of the city which was nice to wake up to in the morning. The bathroom had a great sized mirror, double-sink, towel heater and nice shower. The bed was enormous, comfortable and we slept very well.
If I have to look for a downside, which I must insist is not reason enough to not stay here, at night, when we turned the lights off, the TV had a bright blue light that we think had to be turned off manually somehow. We didn't bother to ask though. Also, it is true that the walls are not perfectly soundproof. I myself have trouble sleeping with noise but this was not a problem during my stay here.
All in all, we had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.response / report this review -

A little gem right in the middle of Sergovia. We had a lovely room with a view of the castle and the rest of the hotel has an atmosphere of Old World elegance. The lovely sun terrace with panoramic views of Sergovia was an added bonus. We did not dine at the hotel but partook of their very good breakfast every morning. Excellent value for money.

We only ate lunch there, 9 euros for the 3 course meal with bread and a glass of wine.
Great quality food, but the menue is only in Spanish. The staff don't speak English. All the same we went back there 3 times.response / report this review -

Incredibly friendly staff and impeccably clean hotel room. Located in the very centre of the main Street of Segovia - close to all attractions.

Great location, staff was very friendly. Located basically in the middle of town, making it a great place to start a day from. Rooms can vary a bit, but were generally comfortable and reasonably sized.

I have stayed in many places across Spain, this is without a doubt the best. Clean, comfortable, good value for money if you book at the right time. Good and cheap restaurant in the hotel, breakfast was very good.
