The hotelrooms are clean and in a good condition. The breakfast is minimal but ok, the dinner was pretty great and always differently. You are surrounded by nice people and are able to enjoy a great time there.

AVOID THIS PLACE.
Extremely poor service. Do NOT stay here.

Four hours after we checked in , we were finally given two rooms with working air conditioning, curtains (one of the rooms that we were originally offered had no curtains!) and the the correct number of beds. I had to return to reception FIVE TIMES in order to get the two rooms that we had ordered.

We were put in Room 211 (air conditioning was broken and the previous resident had smoked in this room), Room 212 (too small for three people), Room 213 (no curtain in the room), 214 (this room had working air conditioning and curtains), Room 215 (this room was too small for three beds). We were then offered Room 311 which stank of cigarette smoke from the previous guests.
Room 314 has room for three guests, the air conditioning works and there is no smell of cigarette smoke.

In the end, I had to move one bed from one of the original rooms in the first floor to the second floor!!!

Each time I was given a key for a new room I had to return to reception which was across the road and down the street.

We were advised by the tour operator that there is free WiFi here but this is not true. The receptionist told me that I have to pay as our rooms are not on the main building, but across the road and down the street.

I have stayed in several hotels but I have never seen such appalling "service" as offered by this place. Thankfully we only have two more nights booked to stay here.

We are at this time staying in this hotel the staff are brilliant the food is second to none and I would recommend this hotel to anyone look for a quite break.

Mixed Feelings about the restaurant: The salad was excellent and the meat very well made. The curry was disappointing. Better try Spanish/non-"exotic" dishes

We came to Playamaro for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The waiter was nice enough to let us eat when the kitchen was about to close. Despite of this nicety, the food wasn't amazing and didn't come all at the same time - we were 10 and thought everyone would be getting the food together. In the end we had people that had already finished and others without their food. We were also denied big bottles of water, even though they had them and other people were brought these.
All in all, it was the best we could get, the food was passable but the service was a let down.

I have no experience of the hotel, but the restaurant is good. Ok prices, good service and the food is really nice.
