  First impression wasn't great - we had to walk all the way to their other place (hotel) in order to check in. Then they told us that there would be no water for the first half of the next day - kind of an issue as we only booked for 2 nights. Then the main issue came up: we had (thought we) booked a room with the terrace and a pool view, only to discover that neither is provided. Our room turned out to be a ground floor dungeon with no daylight. No solution was offered - the reception guy who couldn't even speak English, only smiled helplessly and blamed everyone else for the obvious cock-ups.
  Awful service, terrible experience. For a premium price. Beware you don't get a room that you are shown on the website. Stay somewhere else.

  Very welcoming, clean, cafe on ground floor, rooftop swimming pool, walking distance to beautiful old town quarter and lovely sandy beaches. Close to a variety of good restaurants and Balcony Dr Europa.

  Hemos pasado unos días estupendos aunque nuestra llegada y bienvenida no fue muy grata. Nos dieron una habitación que no cumplía con la reserva que habíamos hecho, la explicación fue muy pobre, falta de argumentos. Si quieres usar la piscina puedes estar en la del hostal, que es un patio interior, o en la del hotel que está en una azotea. Nos resultó algo ruidoso por las mañanas, sobre las 8 se podía oír a gente en las escaleras y rellano hablando en alto. No es una zona donde aparcar fácilmente pero no resulta imposible.

  Esta muy bien. Limpio y cómodo. Muy buena atención. Piscina en la azotea, aunque no la usamos. Eché de menos que tuviera parking, aunque no fue difícil aparcar cerca.

  The cafe underneath im relating to one of the staff a young lady a manners and attitude towards me was disgusting don t go avoid at all costs
