  Rooms are good but hotel needs investment. Also got back to room and the door was unlocked and ajar.

  This place is absolutely terrible in terms of services and amenities. You'll feel more taken care of on Spirit Airlines than you will at this bait and switch operation. They advertise a pool and gym as part of their services; if you wish to use either of these, however, you have to pay 14 Euro each time. The internet they say is included is also a bait and switch. The free internet is so bad that just to even write this review I have had to wait 15 minutes for the page to load, an experience that has happened every time I try to open a new web page or application on my device. The only usable internet also costs more money. This is a place to avoid at all costs if you do not want to feel taken advantage of during the would be stress free vacation you are planning.

  Was a great hotel. Stayed on the smoke free floor. Nice beds. Very warm hotel. Couldn't really cool it down without opening the window. Translucent bathroom door that doesn't lock.

  A four star hotel must mean something different in America than Spain. The hotel is outdated and a tad dirty. The wifi speeds are a joke. The indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center are actually located next door and cost €14 per person per day.
