Very nice, but noisy rooms. Only 2 haidryers for the whole hotel
Very good location and service. Rooms are just correct
Beautiful relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Set in a pretty and quiet square yet 15 minutes walk in each direction to all the tourist sites. Pristine rooms. Only minus is no kettle.
Cute, quiet place tucked away on a pedestrian only square but nearby Sevilla Cathedral & Alcazar plus Plaza de Espana. Restaurants and shops one street away. Very nice!
This hotel is in a great spot, but don't rely on Google Maps in that area of town,it has no idea where anything is.
One HUGE CONCERN about this hotel is lack of a window in some of the rooms. Our room was a closet with 2 beds crammed in and a tiny dark 'window' up high that you couldn't see out of and, even if you could, it opened into the inner hotel courtyard so there was absolutely no natural light. It was also next to the stairs and elevator so people, not realizing there was a bedroom with folk wanting to sleep, stood and chatted or laughed or argued right outside. In summary, I don't know how many of these 'inside' tiny rooms are in the hotel but make sure you specify a room with a window that has natural light and, at all costs, avoid room numbers SEVEN and EIGHT.
Small, but friendly and adequate and clean hotel in a fantastic location in the old Jewish area of Seville. We loved it!
Nearby underground parking is expensive at €21 for 12 or 24 hours plus spaces are very small!
Ideal location, rooms were fine no complaints
Reminds me of a little Moroccan Riad. Beautifully presented oasis in the old town that is perfectly located for just about every sight of the city
The receptionist is very helpful and speaks excellent English. Sevilla is a superb place to visit for history, wine and tapa's
As much as we loved the location of this hotel, I do feel it was a nightmare to get to this place, as we were driving there. We never should have followed Google maps to this hotel as the directions were completely wrong and our car ended up getting stuck in a narrow street. If you're driving, I'd suggest to park on one of the main streets and ask one of the parking porters to assist you. Parking garage nearby hotel is quite expensive if you're staying longer. City center and all the main areas are very nearby and nota far walk.
Now getting to the rooms, they're pretty average and very small. We stayed on first floor, so it was very loud hearing everyone go by. Room's heat was not working properly, and this was important as we were traveling in December. Staff is very attentive, nice and helpful. Be sure to attend the Flamenco theater that is 2 min walk from the hotel.
Overall I would say you're getting what you're paying for, but I'd suggest to check the other places around the area.
