  Few parking spaces, the hotel is located in a mall, it took the receptionist more than 10 minutes to attend a call and take care of all the people who were waiting on the reception.

  It's a wonderful hotel because it has the best location the South of Madrid and what is more for the big shooping centre of Parquesur.
