Place was nice enough! But their website says thay they can solve any problem on 15 minutes, and they refuswd to drop some stamped postcards in the mail for us. Not helpful.

Overall my experience was positive the room was well cleaned. The staff were pleasent. Only critisms were the neighborhood was a little sketch and the gym wasnt all in working order.

If you manage to obtain this hotel for a reasonable price, then go for it. But remember you must get the train into the centre which costs around 2€ one way per person

I really like the rooms they look marvelous and I really need a place to stay in and its at a good reasonable price and I would recommend it.

Spacious hotel with basic facilities. The kitchen is handy but breakfast in the coffee next door is very basic.

You would not like to go for a walk with your kids. Worth considering if you have a car.

It's a nice hotel with very good staff. The location of the hotel is not very good, but it has the station of train near to go to center of Madrid
