Good Hotel , I stayed here for this week . All are fine . English speaking also OK.

Only TV channel disconnected BBC, USA and other English News .So inside room boring except sleep & bath . .Plz consider this . Thanks, Nagarajan

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Upon arrival, check in was quick. We were a party of 12 in our Family last June. We got to place our suitcases in our rooms. Then, we got to explore the town.
The rooms were well designed, modern and spacious.
I slept in a sleeper sofa as I bunked with my nieces. (Sleeper sofa area was just right for me.) Turndown service was great. The Staff here are excellent.
The breakfast was delicious.
The Hotel is centrally located, so you can stroll into parts of town for good food, a park nearby and some fresh air.

Favourable: The hotel was renovated beginning of 2016. Nice and confortable rooms. Reception personnel friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent, lots of products and choices.
Disfavourable: location. Service in the Cafeteria, Breakfast and Dinning needing some training. Room-Service took 50min to deliver (25min was informed) and the food was not as described, was tasteless and cold. No seasoning was brought either. Eating out is definitely better.

I went to this hotel for a wedding. We had a good lunch, although the aperitif and the dinner were really weak (not too much to eat). The dishes were well prepared and flavourful. The music was really good and we spent a good time there.
