The hotel is placed close to the city center. The rooms are comfortable although the beds were a bit hard. The bathroom is wide and nice. The service is good.

Nice hotel but small parking, so only a few Park places are available. Parking outside is easy, but because it's a controlled parking area, you have to get tickets.

The hotel was great. It was clean and maitained very well. The receptionists were kind enough but oddly enough some of them were not as warm as the rest of the Pamplonicans. I stayed for a week and nobody bothered with a personal touch at all. There were 2 receptionists that were kind and smiled a lot, but that was it. Every time I asked something they wondered what room I was..just another number. There was one receptionist that was outright curt. When I asked something she would answer quite rudely. I would not make a big deal but the rest of the towns people are kind and warm. I had an excellent impression of Pamplona. I will still give them a 5 because I got what I paid, I felt that it was clean and close enough to the university ( which is what I wanted.

Cozy, leaning towards luxurious with it's decor. Situated outside the center, but Pamplona being a small city, center is within walking distance. Wide choice of tasty food at breakfast.
There was an electricity problem in my room, but staff almost repaired it within 15 minutes despite being close to midnight, and it was fully resolved the next day.
As a bonus - if you walk towards the university, you will find an awesome restaurant WITHOUT English menu, but staff make extra effort communicating and ensuring that your visit is as pleasurable as possible.

Well place hotel near Navarra clinic that was the purpose of the stay. Only one deception: when we arrive at 9pm, nobody tell us the parking conditions in the park area in front of the hotel, and next day my car was arrested by the police because he had not valid ticket.
Not so good in the clean and the mattress was not so good, need to replace.
Good breakfast.

however, despite having a non-smoker room, there's a smell of smoke in it. Not sure if it's the vents

Rooms were clean, as was the bathroom. It's about 20-25 mins walk into the town centre. Buses were plenty. Good alternative for San Fermin
