Very much disappointed, will never book again. While the room itself is not bad, the services are poor. What bothered me the most is that I booked 2 double rooms with matrimonial beds and this request was not respected. I even called one month before the arrival to make sure that we will have king size bedrooms as requested. The reception confirmed me that there will be no problem at all only to get there after one month and to get 2 rooms with twin beds. When I got down at the reception to enquire about the mistake, the only reply I got was: "It was not possible.". Not even an apology. I could have understood if it was indeed not possible, but at least they could have warned us before or when we called again the day of the arrival to see if everything was alright. They never mentioned anything. This is not honest of them at all. Plus, they have no excuse: all conversations took place in Spanish, so they cannot say that it was linguistic barrier and because of this they were not able to do their job. Some other aspects: breakfast is not great and too pricey for what they offer; one light bulb in the bathroom was burnt and even though I informed the reception about it, they never bothered to fix it; every time you use the tape, the toilet or the shower, a huge noise is coming from the pipes. Really creepy. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are much better ones in Huelva, and I am a frequent traveller.

Trato agradable, céntrico,muy cerca de la estación de ferrocarril y con fácil acceso y salida .

Un sitio asequible en cuanto a calidad precio, aunque el hotel está algo anticuado en cuanto a las instalaciones de las habitaciones, por ejemplo los baños. La cama era cómoda. El personal es amable.
