Nice clean family friendly hotel service of personel to the point and hoping to come back

This place is my saviour. I have a skin condition, and every time I go here, it get's better and better all the time. I just love this place!

Very nice hotel, rooms clean tidy and very well equipped, largest superking bed I've ever slept in. Hotel seems to be more suited to folk who want a nice quiet relaxing holiday or spa break, really not equipped for kids, which suited us.

We went for a weekend break.on Saturday we where locked out of our room twice. Then on the Sunday we where locked out at lunch time and again at 23.00 at night we had to get the night manager to come to the room but he and the security man could not open the door we had to Waite for a hour for the engineer to come to open it.in the morning we went to pay the bill and asked for a discount on the bill.
That refused shrugged shoulders
We asked to see the manager but he refused to see us.so perhaps that should get a manager who is customer friendly. We will not be recommending this hotel.response / report this review -

I came away for what should've been a relaxing 2 weeks away. The room service was abysmal, the maid entered our room and shouted at us on 3 separate occasions while we tried to sleep just so she could clean our room, there was a clear sign stating 'please do not distrub'. Subsequently we didn't get any sheets on our bed for the following 3 days until we made the managing housekeeper aware of the situation. When bringing to light this issue with the Managment downstairs they said 'you are wrong, every room is made perfectly'; to my understanding, I don't think they check every room every morning after the rooms have been cleaned
The service here was shocking, I regularly stay at 3* hotels that are much better than this joke of a 4* hotel.
The only plus side of our stay here was the breakfast, it was exceptional which in my opinion saved our whole experience here. The same chef made me an omelette most mornings and was very talkative, nice but remained professional and cooked to a excellent standard.
I would avoid this hotel!!!!response / report this review -

Fantastic spa and great breakfast. Felt dinner was overpriced for what was available and could have been hotter although the Gazpacho soup was the best ever.

Spa was dirty. Pillars in the water were full of mold. Sauna was closed for repair the full month but I was not told so when I called the day before. Basically a washing place for local people. Beter go to Archena.

Very very disappointed a number of us booked in for a day in spa and meal this was booked weeks well in advance , however when we all arrived we were told that the marine curiciut was closed for refirb this at the time of booking was all included in our price we were given a refund of 2 euro which in my eyes was an insult unfortunately this offer was accepted by our trip operator without our prior knowledge , and to add insult to injury when we tried to get a coffee in the cafeteria we were told it was closed and the only place to get a drink was the restaurant which was outside over the bridge !! but we were by now changed and ready to got into the spa no no refreshments available to us if your thinking of going make sure it's all open !!! Not happy at all
