Hotel is clean with comfy bed. No fridge or cooker which is a bit disappointing. Food is good. My first dinner has been. Delicious.. Lots of shops n bars on your doorstep. Great location

Our stay at the Hotel Kristal was simply wonderful. We arrived after midnight (which we had mentioned in our booking) and the warm welcome from the receptionist at almost 1am really made sure that our Spain trip was off to a good start. The hotel is a bit difficult to find when you arrive by taxi, because it is in a pedestrian area and the entrance a little bit hidden in a side street, but you can’t miss the big “Hotel Kristal” sign above the roofs of the surrounding buildings.
The room, and actually the entire hotel, is very clean. We didn’t try the buffets (breakfast, lunch, dinner), so a review on that we’ll leave to others.response / report this review -

Great location, train station just few minutes walk but entrance is not easily seen as it's tucked between shops. Friendly staff, free Wi-Fi and breakfast was included. No tea/coffee tray in room but not a problem as there's plenty coffee shops and restaurants every corner. Few minutes walk to the beach.it is central so expect some noise. We enjoyed our week stay.

Basic hotel Clean but beds not comfortable (bought lilo to sleep on) and very noisy at times. Food basic but not good. Spent additional money eating out. Couldn't access outside space at night due to being locked as folk had ruined it by throwing stuff over. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. All in all hotel ideal for location

Central location hotel. Friendly staff. Great Spanish based food. Can't fault the place. Close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Noisy with restaurants having live music but this does stop at midnight. Never spoilt my sleep.

I booked this hotel last minute as I needed a quick cheap deal just to get away for a Week, read the reviews and comments seemed OK, when I got there finding the Hotel Kristal was a little difficult, I arrived in the evening when all the shops and street vendors were open, this makes the side streets a little busier so when you walk up the street where the hotel is located it's entrance is tucked away behind the vendors selling their wares, so you can easily miss this.
But, don't be put off by initial appearances of its location, this hotel truly is an oasis, it's lovely clean and very friendly! The staff are great and made my stay great, friendly professional and welcoming especially Luis (reservations manager) who always has a smile and a handshake for you and is a mind of local information.
My room was 128 it had 3 beds in it, was really clean and had a bath as well as a shower, just perfect for what I needed
They don't have a swimming pool but I found this a bonus as it meant there wasn't the usual screaming and shouting you get especially with children round the pool.
There is a bar and a roof terrace for sunbathing, but with the beach only 5 mins walk away I didn't use it.
This is one of those places you stay at and enjoy so much you just want to keep returning to, I loved it and had an amazing stay.
If your looking for a hotel in great location, in the heart of the action, close to all transport links, ( train station) just around the corner and all the great coffee shops and restaurants right on your doorstep then the Hotel Kristal is just perfect.response / report this review -
