Hotel could do with a update but ok a long way from benalmadena need to get the bus or a good hour walk to marina

I got a lovely response from the hotel manager from my review, as we loved our holiday there that we had in September this year I'll be booking my next holiday here very soon for next year I can't wait to come back 😊😊

The staff are amazing. The pool area is very good apart from the distance it is from the hotel. The food in the restaurant is very good. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable, bathroom very modern and clean. The hotel in general is very clean and good facilities. The kids entertainment was very good. The adult entertainment was not so good. We didn’t mind though as we were so tired by then from all the fun we had in the day we just went back to room and watched a film. I would love to come again and venture in to the town as there looks like a lot to do and it’s not very far away. All in all it was a great holiday but I wouldn’t spend more than £1500 on a family of 4 (7yr and infant).

This hotel is pretty nice. Got my new lamborgini there too. It smells good and the people who work there are cool. There are many old people there, not saying that as a bad thing. The bad thing was how the hotel/the building is.

Just came back from here 7-05-17 to 14-05-17 the staff are amazing and helpful even got to the point where people went up to the bar and they already knew what they wanted. The food was good large variety and even have the fresh cooked counter with fresh stuff everyday and the fridge with yogurts and freezer for the ice cream. The bedrooms were ok but the bed blankets we got out the wardrobe and were dirty so we didn't actually use them but luckily was warm enough to not need them. Only downfall we went as all inclusive and everything wasn't all inclusive certain drinks you have to pay for and the snack bar isn't included. They need more variety of channels there was only one english news channel and repeated the same things over and over there was 15 channels and only one english channel and was the news would be nice when going to bed to relax for half our before bed.

We went as a party of 10. We all had a fabulous time at the hotel. It could be updated but the staff made the hotel the 4 stars it is rated. Thank you all. Yes we would come back again.

Amazing hotel, stayed here 2 years ago. It's a family resort for my now husbands family. We got married less than a week ago and we've come to visit it today. Lovely staff as usual, well looked after hotel. Looking forward to coming back soon with the family. We have a lot of happy memories here. I hope to share our experience with our children one day.
