Not in its best shape. The staff is quite friendly and the rooms are inexpensive, there is a buffet But: the rooms are a bit dirty, the closets are old (not ancient, old) and the location is terrible, the is barely a real shop on town

Very rude staff both on reception and in the restaurant. Large rooms and bathrooms but dated. Beds uncomfortable. Food awful, l stuck to the salad bar. Hotel is miles from anywhere. Taxi into Sevilla costs 30 euros one way. There is a mini bus run by the hotel but reception couldn't be bothered to organise it.

Trato maravilloso. Todo lo que necesitas se preocupan por atenderlo. Nunca te dicen que no. Siempre tratan de estar al tu servicio. Estoy encantado

- é sossegado, os funcionários são uma simpatia, os quarto estão um pouco em mau estado, os jantares não são de grande qualidade, tem piscina, é um bom sitio para se passar uma semana mas folgada

When buying the hotel it included tickets to Isla Magica and Aqua Magica but when we got there they changed and said the tickets are only for Isla Magica.
