  Great place, pool is a little small and needs a bar but the Rooms and service were both outstanding. Ask about hotel parking in the back. Thank you team Izan!

  Easy to find and parking under hotel a bonus. Lovely room with decor in keeping with theme. Staff were helpful and attentive.

  The room is fine but the hotel lacks lustre. However the breakfast is good, enjoyed it very much because of the fresh fruit and nespresso coffee.

  We stayed in this hotel a year ago and loved it, which is why we chose to stay here again. We were disappointed. Our bedroom furnishings looked tired and a bit grubby. In general the whole hotel needs an uplift which we understand is taking place although there was no sign of any contractors.

  Antico convento con bel chiostro con stanza ampia e confortevole. Forse i lavori in corso al primo piano e forse l'unico gruppo hanno trascurato la cura dei pasti. Cena con salumi e carne ( Buona e tenera ma senza scelta) no verdure e no frutta. La colazione sarebbe stata migliore al bar!!!! Proporla male in un 4* è meglio non farla!!!

  Un hotel precioso, con un estilo en la decoración muy particular y adecuado al lugar en que se encuentra. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Personal muy amable y atento. Sin duda nos llevamos una buenísima impresión y esperamos volver pronto.

  Ubicado en un antiguo convento. Bonito y acogedor. Lo mejor el trato del personal. Me equivoqué en la fecha de la reserva. El encargado que nos atendió nos lo solucionó maravillosamente. Podían habernos pedido pagar más porque la tarifa del día es más cara que la fecha errónea que yo escogí. Sin embargo prefirieron no hacerlo y respetar todo a pesar de que el error fue mío. Eso es para mí un SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE ESPECTACULAR. ¡Gracias!
  Para mi gusto algunas cosas esta un poco descuidadas pero entiendo que no debe ser fácil mantener un sitio así.
