Fuimos por una cena de empresa y aunque en estos eventos, normalmente la calidad es un pelín inferior, en este caso fue muy decepcionante. Todo para compartir, sin nada emplazado, con todos los vinos servidos a la vez, y en general calidad muy pobre.

Unfortunately no recommendation if you looking for a quite night after a long travel. Avoid room 302 if you can. The room itself is nice, but the bed head is at the outside wall to the hallway, so anytime someone is passing by, you get the impression you lay on the hallway.
Despite that, the room the noisy, it feels like you share the room with the room neighbor, e.g. opening cupboards, using the bathroom, snoring, staring playing music in the morning.
The cleaning lady didn't had her best day either, so before using the shower, I needed to remove all nasty hairs from the previous guests.
The breakfast lady was nice but for 8 Euro, it's not a 4 star breakfast, old cheese, scramble eggs out of the box.
For a 4 star hotel a quite, soundproofed accommodation is an necessity.response / report this review -

Location: Hotel is in walking distance from Salamanca center (30 minutes) next to the main road. Surprisingly we heard no noise from the streets at night. Area does not offer attractive views from any room.
Parking: Free, in front of the building or in an underground garage.
Room: clean, good bed and bathroom with amenities, free WiFi, refrigerator and TV.
Breakfast: Standard selection from buffet, two large areas. Staff attended to all details. Large (bus travel) groups are accommodated, making breakfast a busy experience.
Garden: Closed despite very warm October weather (28°). On request it was opened yet seats were not cleaned, drinks not served.
Front desk staff is not friendly nor unfriendly.response / report this review -

I booked this place because of the free secure parking. Something that is quite rare in most Spanish cities.
When I booked (online) I had to book 2 rooms. One for my partner and I, and one for my child (13yr old).
On arrival at the hotel they upgraded us free of charge to a great room that accommodated all three of us.
The staff were great and service was excellent.
The hotel is away from the busy center and nice and quite. It is still within easy walking distance of all the main attractionsresponse / report this review -

This is on the edge of Salamanca, quite far from everything except the Bull Ring, although the cinemas and tapas of Van Dyck are quite near. I haven't stayed a night but the café is nice and the staff are friendly.

It is an ok hotel but certainly its not a 4* hotel. a free parking underground or outside. the underground parking is tight and dark, you have to press the switch to lit the light which is rather difficult when you are in the car or driving ( no one realise this until you see the switch properly). breakfast is expensive Euro 8 pp. swimming pool is ok but located not adjoining with the hotel you have to get out from the hotel through the front entrance and parking area to the swiming pool. not very handy.
location to the city centre 20 minutes walking distance. no public transport. although technically salamanca has taxi service but its difficult to find one!.
overall.. its ok for a night stay..response / report this review
