  Todo muy bien, muy amables en el check in, y al check out nos dejaron las maletas guardadas un par de horas .la habitación era muy grande y muy luminosa.

  Relacion calidad precio no se le puede pedir mas. Muy buena ubicion a 10' andano de la Plaza Mayor. Repetiria otro fin de semana

  Excelente establecimiento por su relación calidad precio. A un paso de la Plaza y con buenos servicios. El personal ha cambiado y ha mejorado mucho la atención. Lo recomiendo

  The recepcionist is simply the rudest person in the world. Avoid at all cost. Our experience can be told in 3 moment.
  First, when we got to the reception, the guy was handwriting something and didn't even look at us for about 3/4 minutes.
  Second, when he finished the handwriting, he just looked at us without talking and when we asked if he had available rooms, he made a boring face (WTF), waited about 2 seconds and then answered an rude "no!".
  Third and last, we simply left the reception shocked by his behaviour and he didn't even say another word
  UNBELIEVABLE.

  Had the pleasure of staying here over the Christmas Holiday of 2014-15.
  
  This is the perfect hotel for the tourist. The rooms are very clean and sparse. There are no amenities that you will find in 5 star hotels.
  
  The room had a queen size futon bed, a desk and a closet for your clothes. The bathroom had a small square tub with shower head and surround shower curtain. No glass enclosure. Sink, toilet- done. Nothing lavish.
  
  This is a hotel for those guests who spend their time out of the hotel and seeing the city.
  
  And proximity to the city is by far one of the BEST! You are less then 10 blocks to the Plaza Major, University, Casa de la Concha, and most of the other huge attractions of the city. Walk to all with ease.
  
  Best part of this hotel- price. A negotiated price of €30 a night left me feeling glad to have found the place.
  
  Tourists enjoy this place as I have. You won't be disappointed.
  
  Travelers who like mints in their pillows and room service and folded animal towelskeep looking. This is not for you.
