Holy Moly! This place was gorgeous. Staff are exemplary too. Wish we could stay forever!

We were staying in the Hotel Palace on the resort and visited the Hydros a few times and thought it was a nice place to have our 10 year wedding anniversary dinner. We went in on the Wednesday, confirmed we could do this, then on the Friday we chose our table and the manager said we were able to use their facilities all day as part of our anniversary. Our table was booked for 8:30pm that evening. We arrived at 7:30pm, had some drinks then went to go to our table, only to find it had been changed to an 8 seater table. We confronted the managers and they said that our booking was lost and they had no record of us booking! Even though we went in twice. We were disgusted with this as it was a special anniversary dinner and felt that the management were not communicating properly and that it was poorly run. We didn't stay even though we were offered another table. I simply cannot recommend this hotel because of this.

Great spa, maybe a bit more attention to the maintenance of the pools is in order, but all in all a great place.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The air conditioning in our bedroom was not working. Also, we could not access wifi in our rooms even though they advertise free wifi in their rooms. We complained and they responded that there is nothing that they could do to fix the issues. We ended up having a fan in our bedroom to cool down. Imagine paying over $350 per night for your room and having a fan in your room instead of air conditioning! To make things worst, the manager (Pedro) was quite rude and unprofessional regarding this matter. First, he said that he will get back to us regarding our complaint but he never got back to us. Finally, when I demanded talking to him again, he finally met me and in a rude way claimed that our air conditioning and wifi were working perfectly. When I asked that at least he should discount our room, he again rudely denied doing so. When, I asked if he prefers that we should write a review describing our experience, to my surprise, he said that I should go ahead and post one and he emphasized that I should mention his name Pedro! This is an expensive hotel and I had a higher expectation for our stay and the level of customer service. Most hotels go out of their way to please you and make your stay more enjoyable - not this one! What a terrible experience and customer service!

Hotel asequible.El servicio del restaurante y la comida exquisito. La limpieza de la.habitación deja mucho que desear ducha oxidada azulejos con manchas y las paredes de la habitación con manchas las toallas muy desgastadas no reúne las condiciones en ese aspecto de un 4 estrellas.la ubicación un poco incómodo al tener que recorrer todo el complejo para ir a la playa .

Myself and my whole family went for a spa day to celebrate my mother and Aunt in-laws birthday. We bought a 30 minute massage, spa circuit and outdoor pool day for the birthday girls and for the rest of us we booked a package just for the spa and pool. It was the most relaxing spa day I have ever experienced. All of us had an amazing time and the staff were kind and helpful and made our day such a wonderful day. If we ever go back to Malaga again, we will definitely go to that spa and most likely stay at the hotel for even though we didn't stay there we found out that it's a kids friendly hotel. It is very clean and I recommend the Hydros to anyone and everyone.
