Comfortable, bright and attractive. The only drawback is its location up a hill from the tram , market, and bars. Staff are accommodating and welcoming and all the facilities clean and good quality.

Had an overnight stay. Very well located easy access to motorway. Very clean and good size rooms. Excellent service from staff especially Rocio. Highly recommended.

Very nice room. Good breakfast, clean and very nice beds. Location not the best but fine for us. Would be 5 stars if de shower didn't leak. A very nice shower b.t.w. And we missed a few towels at arrival (when we informed the reception, they immediately responded)

Excellent for families. It's spacious and modern. Big TV. Just the essential furniture. Very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with four twin beds and two bathrooms. Our two kids spent the night like like at home. Above our initial expectations.

Underground secured parking was a plus but the cost was €13. 4 bottles of complimentary water was much appreciated on the 41° day. There are free shuttles offered to downtown but the times didn't work for us to take advantage of them (1:30pm is the last shuttle until 7pm, return seats aren't guaranteed). Room was very nice, we had a view of the river and bridge. Huge spacious bathroom, with all the amenities (including razor kit, toothbrush, slippers, shower cap, shoe shine kit). Breakfast wasn't included but we could add it at check-in for a discounted rate of €13 per person. We didn't so we can't rate the food. Though there was a kettle in the room with instant coffee and a selection of teas. Had we wanted to sleep in we definitely needed ear plugs because we were right by the main elevators. It's a popular hotel and thus there was a queue to checkout.

As I speak we are having Christmas dinner here. We chose vegetarian option. And we have been served: one boiled mushroom with mayonnaise, one salad, main course is plate of boiled rice over they had poured a can of pickled vegetables. Second course they opened a bag of veggie burger from the supermarket, cooked it without anything added.
We feel being made fun of. My niece of 12 can cook better than this. This is indecourous for a hotel of this level. They think that vegetarian means: salad, boiled rice, and something that looks like meat. Well, wake up. The world has changed.response / report this review -

Great location, buffet breakfast, spacious room overlooking the river and bridge.
Staff super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping very good and super clean. Spotless!

Great location, price is very reasonable during the week.
The rooms are very clean and tidy. Very spacious with lots of room to move around. The room does tend to get quite warm, even during the night. Turning on the A/C requires a bit of fine tuning to find the right balance between too warm and too cold.
The breakfast is quite expensive at €14 and in my opinion is definitely not worth it. The food in the local restaurants is much better. You do get a very wide selection to choose from, but the food tastes a little bland and is nothing special.
There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which will take you into the centre. However it's only a quick 15 minute walk to Casco Viejo.response / report this review -

Good hotel for good price. Never tried the food so cant give review for this. About 10 minutes walk from tram and old town. Tram takes 20 minutes to the bus station. Bus to San Sebastian is 1 hour. Basically from the hotel most things are within walking distance. The hotel room is quite large with a modern bathroom. The beds were very comf but 2 singles pushed together. Staff were excellent on check in and for helping with tourist stuff. Other reviews said theres no cups or milk in the rooms. Strange as it is this is correct but Room Service will provide milk. A hotel is to be enjoyed as a base to see the basque region. The wifi is superb whether in the lobby or in our 6th floor room.

Great service and helpful staff. Good variety of food for breakfast. Only downside was the soundproofing of the walls being poor.
