Lovely hotel everyone friendly and welcoming. Wide variety of food, which is different every day. Good entertainment and swimming pools for all age groups.

Very good hotel reception staff five star pools great lots of sun beds stayed in penthouse room a little on the small side. Great views air con great.The food very good lots for the kids to do .It will take ten minutes to walk to the strip and beach This hotel is very buisy in high seasons with families couples be aware will returned thanks

Clean, good choice of food every sitting. Staff very friendly. Entertainment good. Only 3rd day off holiday so far but brilliant. Sun shinning what more could you want

Stayed all inclusive in October 2017. Good hotel for families. Food was great for me. My vegetarian partner found the selection to be ok. Location is about 15mins from the beach. Staff were friendly except the bar staff. Found them to be a bit fed up. Maybe end of season does that. My biggest complaint from experiencing other other all inclusive holidays I've had is there were no self service options for drinks during lunch or dinner.

Good location for beach and portaventura. Excellent customer service, staff very helpful. Good facilities and activities for kids. Food average, not much choice if vegetarian.

We booked this hotel last minute when deciding to go to Spain, so there were few options for the area. I have tried to be positive with my review, but I am fussy and there's so much to dislike.
The room looks like it belongs in a Butlins resort. The beds are definitely in need of a replacement: springy and well worn with a few mm of pillow which ruin any chance of a good night's sleep. The noise levels are high, from the noisy people outside and the thin walls.
There's free WiFi in the reception areas, but could not get a signal in the room, because the hotel is too cheap to fork out for multiple routers.
Food is buffet style, and while it seems to be catering for the lower end of the market, wasn't too bad and it was this that rescued the rating.
I will not be returning, despite the very friendly and helpful staff.response / report this review -

Love this hotel, been 3 years in a row and we'll be going for the 4th time soon. Staff are friendly although sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier. Javier in the restaurant makes the Golden Port, very friendly and cheerful. The restaurant is typical buffet fayre.
The rooms are clean and tidy although decor is dated.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the 'main strip' where there are many bars, restaurants and shops. Also close to the beach.
I would recommend this hotel and if the rooms were updated I would give it 5 stars.response / report this review
