  The best experience in this hotel is the fact that Ben is a member of staff! He has been excellent in customer care. Other staff are lovely but Ben stands out. We enjoy a clean room every day and food is good. Restaurant buffet is excellent. Other basic facilities which we have experienced in other hotels are missing such as complimentary tea and coffee for first day only in the standard room. After that we had to purchase these. Complimentary bottled water for initial day only. This was not a problem but the issue of tea and coffee missing in the room is the first time we encountered this. WiFi is woeful. English channels are also the same. These facilities are promoted in the brochure but we feel let down
  Promotion does not tell you that standard rooms customers have to pay for upper sun terrace ! This was disappointing as the pool location does not have a sunny position except for a few hrs in the morning. Don't think this is 4 star . We would rate 3.

  Only visited the hotel to see what it's like. I was very impressed. I wish we were staying there. We are staying at another Hotel where the music is played all around the pool area so loud that even shouting to someone sitting at the same table can't hear you.

  Nous sommes partis en septembre ,c'est hôtel est très bien situé ,le buffet du matin est varié .
  Le personnel très gentil ,je recommande cet hotel qui est réservé uniquement aux adultes .
  Nous avons adoré nos vacances à torremolinos .

  Hotel con excelente ubicación. El personal del comedor muy agradable y atento. Probamos el spa y la persona que nos atendió (Isabel) muy profesional.
  Al hotel en general le falta más mantenimiento para su categoría. La comida estupenda, el poder tener comida a la plancha recién hecha es un gran acierto.
  El que sea un hotel solo para adultos le da muchos puntos
