We arrived at the hotel run down from a regrettably long walk and were immediately greeted by Christian who, seeing our exhaustion, immediately handed us some ice cold water. And the trip only got better from there. Jaime & Christian were friendly and helpful and I really appreciate their candor and conversation. We loved our stay and how quiet the area around the hotel is. There are 2 busses that take you right downtown and the desk is happy to help with that. Breakfast too, was great, with a varied selection of fruits and drinks which makes for a great start to the day. Thanks again to Jaime & Christian. Hope to see you again somewhere in the world, mi amigos!
We choose this hotel because we were driving so the location was perfect. Easy access to the old city and away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day.
The rooms were large, quiet and comfortable.
Enjoyed our stay in Seville.
Wonderful place to stay. The front desk was very kind and helpful. The price was very fair and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel staff in general was friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this place. The hotel is about 40 minutes with the bus from the center of the city but it’s no problem, if you know it and the buses come regularly at least all 30 minutes. For around 10€ you get an Uber.
Nice hotel with very nice staff.
Very attentive and helpful in every moment during the stay.
Breakfasts are nice.
Point to improve would be the views through the windows of some rooms since they are next to a factory.
On the other hand, the place is quite and there are some supermarkets where to buy things.
This hotel is really modern and the service at the front desk is very helpful. The rooms are clean and big enough for two people. There is a park lot at the hotel but also many parking slots around the Hotel.
In my opinion the restaurant could improve the menu, service could be friendlier.
Good hotel to explore Sevilla. While the hotel seems to be out of the centre, it has the right facilities to make it worthwhile. They run a complementary shuttle between the hotel to downtown (Plaza de Cuba) and alternatively you can take back local bus 3 (EUR 1,40 pp) from the Torro del Oro in the direction of Pino Montano to busstop Oceanografia (runs every 10 min.). Hotel service is excellent. Staff is friendly and amenities are excellent. The food is good as well. For people with (rent) cars, there is a gas station next to the hotel. We were very happy with our stay and love to come back.
Everything is perfect except for the location which is about 15 min away from the city center. The hotel provides convenient shuttle service with informative tour guide by friendly staff. Thank you for the wonderful time.
As a Hilton Honors member who has been to numerous Hilton properties, I have to say this property is one of the best Hilton Garden Inn properties we've ever visited. It is NOT in the center of town and it is not within walking distance of the center, so if you expect to get out of your hotel and be in the middle of everything this is not your hotel. Having said that, the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to and back from the center with advance reservation at the front desk. BTW, the two shuttle drivers, Christian and Oscar were awesome.
The last shuttle back from the center is 7:30 pm, so if you want to stay longer you'll have to take a bus at 1.40€ pre trip with a stop just about couple of blocks from the hotel, or a taxi that cost about 10€ for two people.
Aside from the location, the staff are awesome, the breakfast is better than most Garden Inns. The on-site restaurant serves lunch and dinner, the menu selection is good and varied and prices are reasonable.
BTW, there is a Costco within 15 minute walk of the hotel but they're is no pharmacy so don't expect to get non prescription items like heartburn medication, etchere and don't forget to pack your Costco card if you plan on visiting.
Staff was great - very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very well laid out. Even the location was good. We did not want to be in the middle of the city. But we were still close enough. Managed to walk to downtown Seville from the hotel made for a pretty good walk but that was our work out. All in all, we would definitely return to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Nice, modern feel when you enter the hotel, similar to the Doubletree brand (I stay in a lot of Hilton hotels globally). Professional, friendly staff with no challenge on English capability. Rooms are spacious and adequately furnished for the Garden Inn brand. Breakfast is standard for a Hilton on the continent (omelette, mixed meats, fresh waffles, fruit, etc). We didn't stay for dinner, as there are a number of great restaurants nearby. Location is close enough to Seville city centre, aided by a small 8 seater minibus as complementary for guests. Pool is small with no waiter service. Very heavy with chlorine. Area outside is pleasant enough with a racket ball court. Good gym area and parking.
Is a Good hotel With big rooms and excellence personal. The localization is Good andal is very Good conected
Lovely hotel. ..great rooms clean and modern with helpful staff
On a map this doesn't look that far from downtown however it is. The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown that you have to book 24 hours ahead and had limited seating. If you take a taxi it will be 9-15 euros depending on where you are.
The hotel is great and had all the comforts you effect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Comfortable bedding, nice bathroom and toilettries.
If you are a Diamond Honors merger they really masse you feel VIP.
Quick and easy check-in. Our room was in the ninth floor. Very bright and spacious rooms with a nice view. The bathroom features a modern and spacious bathtub with easy temperature and flow control. Towels provided are very long (perfect for tall guests). Windows can be opened by around 20°. Air condition only works when the windows are closed and may be a little bit loud when running in levels 2 or 3. The breakfast buffet is delicious and features 4 fruit juices, 4 different cheeses, vegetarian products and a nice selection of warm dishes. The lounge is very nice and the bar has a lot of different products. Nevertheless, the bar closes relatively early and the hotel is not very close to the city centre.
Very nice hotel at reasonable price. Rooms are clean and tidy. The front desk is especially friendly and helpful. It also has a printing room so we could print our boarding card, because we were flying Ryanair.
Could not find a place to have Christmas Eve dinner so we booked a table in the hotel restaurant. Dishes were delicious although a bit lack in amount. Wine pairing was excellent.
A good place to stay in Sevilla if you have a car.
