It was a group tour staying, which I understand that the service quality may be downgraded to serve many rooms, however, I think this should not be tolerated for total quality level of the hotel. Hair dryer was broken, and reception desk was busy to receive the call. I was waiting over 15 mins to talk having a backup hair dryer and few towels, because there was only 1 receptionist at the desk. Bathroom shower booth is a swivel glass door which hardly protect the water from out of tub so all floor got wet. Now I believe some people had to pay the carpet fee due to poor room design, not customer fault. I knew it was about 70 dollars for the night, but I had no idea at the moment bcuz the group staying. Anyway it would be worth the money.

Use better equipment you cheapos. Also, American prefer ice.Also, the brand aquarius is very misleading in the vending machine and your bar is never open.
