As a business hotel it is good, but very isolated, scenery is industrial. Staff are helpful and friendly, I found the food better than many hotels I have stayed in. One criticism is that facilities like bar and room service, are only available at limited times. Sometimes it is good to have a beer when you finish work, you can't until 8 pm, nor can you get a sandwich.

Was in this hotel for 3 weeks. The rooms are good and the breakfast is above average. However, the service and the customer experience is poor. My garage wasn't working (what you pay in your room rate). I need to find out myself by trying 2 days in row to get in. Then I was told it is not working. However, nobody will repair them. The receptionists are not customer satisfaction focused. When I try to get an answer why something wasn't working or good the easily don't care. Good hotel, cap service.

Quite good. Sometimes it smells bad because of smokers, and there is some dust in the rooms. Very nice decor.

we had a Deluxe Room for 1 night, where you can park your car in a private garage underneath your apartment: Wonderful !
Room: Big, Clean, spacious, Nice and looks good
Bed is Hard !
Bathroom: toilet, shower/bath, bidet
good, Clean, fresh towls, soap/shampoo is there
Breakfast: enough choice, taste good.

A nice, modern and cozy hotel, It has A/C, free parking for guests, vending machines, cafeteria service and room service from 7am to 11pm and conference rooms. Rooms are big and newly reformed and decorated. The service is really nice and polite and they would help you with anithing you'll need. The hotel is located at an industrial area in Pinto, twenty minutes by car from Madrid city center. It is complicated to get there by public transportation.

Después de 20 noches puedo decir sabiendo de que hablo que es absolutamente imposible descansar en este hotel. Se escucha a cada persona que entra o sale del hotel, las puertas hacen un ruido impresionante, no llaman la atención a ninguna persona que esté gritando o con música ya sean las 2 o las 5 de la mañana, el servicio de habitaciones ha llegado a entrar a mi habitación a las 8 de la mañana con el cartel de no molestar colgando o hacen las habitaciones de al lado a esas horas golpeando las camas y haciendo un ruido excesivo haciendo todo en su conjunto que no haya podido dormir ni un solo día más de 3 horas seguidasimpresionante. lo mejor las chicas de recepción, profesionales y educadas pero por lo demás el hotel deja mucho que desear.
