  Express check in service, allowed me to check in 4 hours earlier! Staff is very accommodating and friendly.
  Clean room, shower was great, and the location was perfect!
  Only thing the room I got was without a view.

  I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone no matter the nature of their visit. Its location is ideal; the staff is friendly, professional and accomodating. I organized a room last minute through a third party and regret not calling directly because dealing with the hotel staff is so much easier. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and had one of the best meals yet during our stay so far. I particularly liked the shower head (s) and the cleanliness of the room/bathroom! If I ever come to Bilbao again, this is where I'll stay.

  Hotel clean. Staff great. Breakfast very good. Great location on the river. Footbridge a few yards away to cross the river to the Gugenheim. The Old town is a 15 min level walk away. A few hundred yards to a funicular railway which affords spectacular views of the city.

  Great service, kind staff (at my short stay). The restaurant has good food, not great but good. My room was not the best, a bit small and view to a ally. But didn't bother me much. 4/5

  What a great find! This hotel lacks some of the extras of higher-starred hotels in Bilbao, but makes up for it with friendly service and reasonable prices.
