Very friendly service by the staff but the physical attributes let it down. The restaurant reminds one of a staff canteen, while the rooms are basic at best. My room had two single beds pushed together which was fine but whenever I propped up my bed to sit in it to watch TV my bed slid away from the wall and nothing would stop it. No coffee or tea making facilities inside the room. TV programs left a lot to be desired as well. For an airport hotel in Europe I expect at least CNN and BBC plus other European programs like DWTV, RAI, France24, and many others. 2 stars because of the friendly staff otherwise I would rate it 1 star!

Friendly staff and it’s clean. It’s a good 3 star but certainly not a 4. Didn’t think the food from room service was of any quality for the price. Nevertheless pleasant stay.

Very comfortable bed, clean linen, I slept for 12 hours after a very tiring day. Free shuttle bus from/to Airport is a plus. We got upgraded from a deluxe room to a superior room. Wash room has a rain shower. The bidet is convenient. Though a bit old and rusted is found in the metal pieces.
Bath robes and slippers are provided. Front desk staff is nice and helpful. Checked in checked out process is fast and smooth.response / report this review -

It is a nice hotel but it's not the level 4 stars. But it's a perfect place before or after flight. The restaurant and bar is good and there is nice pool outside. Also, room is comfortable and quite clean. Service is good too. But another some service and amenities are lacking.

A decent hotel near the airport which is let down by unhelpful staff.
Nice enough hotel although is a bit worn in places. The bar and restaurant are nice with good food and drinks. It is also a short distance from the airport and operates a free shuttle bus which is good (as a taxi is €20 minimum to leave the airport).
The staff are friendly but not very helpful. We asked for a room to have all feather bedding removed due to my mother having an allergy to them but no one bothered to do anything. Assuming it had all been sorted, she discovered this half way through the night when she had trouble breathing.
If you arrive late, room service stops at 00:30, despite confirming that if we weren't in could they leave the meal in our room we were then told upon our return our return to the hotel that this was not the case and that we were not getting our food or bottle of wine. We went to bed hungry as the vending machine has very little choice and the bar shuts at 1am. Despite not getting our room service they still attempted to charge us for it.

If the entire point of staying here is that you have a late flight and then a morning flight the next day, don't bother. The shuttles from the airport's Terminal 1 are supposed to run every 30 minutes after 1 am. No call needed, according to the hotel's website, my confirmation email, and the front desk attendant I asked upon check out. The night we arrived, at 2:30 am to the pick up point at the airport, we waited for 45 minutes and no shuttle came. So I turned off airplane mode and made an international call to see what was going on. I was told that in 10-15 minutes a shuttle would be there, and that they only run every 40-60 minutes after 2 am, AND that I had to have called to arrange pickup. When I tried to explain upon checkout this morning, they pretended they didn't understand, as though it didn't happen. Offered us breakfast, but we didn't have time. Only reason they're getting two stars is because the hotel itself was fine.

nice and clean! the staff were really helpful. the shuttles are somewhat convenient except if you are in terminal 2 and need to get picked up to go to the hotel. you have to go to terminal 1 or call to set it up

Clean accommodating reasonable staff. Close to airport. Free parking if needed. One side of the hotel gave free snacks and had coffee machines the other side didn't. Not sure what that's all about. Pricy but good.

The only point of staying at an airport hotel is because it's convenient and close to the airport. If you have to wait 35 minutes for the shuttle the pick you up, then you may as well stay in Barcelona. That's what I'd do next time even with a 6am departure.
Like other people mentioned, the restaurant sucks. If you have to order something, the kids pizza does resemble pizza.
The décor is supposed to modern, but it looks really worn down. It's passable if you don't mind not looking closely.response / report this review -

Great hotel room that was very clean, if showing some signs of use. Shower door was a bit leaky so I ended up with a wet floor but the bathroom heat lamp more than made up for that. Really cool and modern lobby area with helpful staff at all hours of the day and night. Not terribly close to the Barcelona action, but the hotel offers a couple of different shuttles to popular locations and a free airport shuttle that runs very often. Great place to stay on your last night in Barcelona to get to the airport quickly and with minimal fuss (and to avoid the sometimes shady taxi drivers who can and will overcharge you).
